We cater to all fitness levels and ages. Everyone from 5 years old to 75 years young! Anyone can do this.
We have a range of 10-12 local trainers to help run the sessions and offer everything from yoga, boxing, TRX and Kettlebell training to sprint sessions and bodyweight drills.
Donations welcome! These funds go into purchasing new equipment for us to use at Pt in the park.
Pt in the park is a registered charitable trust and big plans on the way for us.
How To Join In: Just turn up at Carlton Corner, Hagley park, at 9am – 10am on Saturday mornings.

PT in the Park is the main contender for free fitness in the Garden City. The initiative run by chef-turned-personal trainer Michael Sullivan has an objective of providing a fun and effective outdoor exercise session that everyone feels involved and challenged in.
Each session has a different focus, offering everything from yoga, boxing, TRX and kettlebell training to sprint sessions and bodyweight drills. It’s been a finalist at the NZ Fitness Awards and this year took out the Community Excellence Award. PT in the Park takes place every Saturday from 9am to 10am at Carlton Corner, Hagley Park and welcomes all fitness levels.
