Personal Training with us at Focus allows you to have personalised programming suited to you, your goals and any injuries or restrictions you may have.
Some of our clients do 1-2 pt sessions per week plus the Team Training sessions.

As we are a exclusive & private facility we can cater for your needs and offer a true 1-on-1 experience.

What do we offer you?

  • All Focus trainers are REPs registered
  • We are a REPs Registered Exercise Facility which means we meet NZ and international standards to deliver safe and effective exercise advice to you.
  • Monthly Focus & goal setting group.
  • Individual programming to complete off-site if needed
    Consider buddy training with a friend to raise your accountability, share the investment and double the results!:)
  • Regular monthly check in and email support as needed.
  • Private members page with ongoing links for workouts to do, recipes and helpful articles
  • Fortnightly enews with whats on, coming up, healthy recipes.
  • Regular events like park run, summer starter, PT in the park organised hill walks, stair sessions, meeting other members for a session at the beach.
  • Nutrition guidance through regular check in of nutrition diary and training log.
  • Confirmation txt’s of all booked sessions to ensure you dont miss any sessions.
  • Monthly review of your progress, whats gone well, what hasn’t and how we can address it, where to next and so on.

60 minutes: $75
45 minutes: $65
